Time Line Therapy
Time Line Therapy is one of the latest developments in NLP. This technique, developed by Dr Tad James, is a unique method for creating powerful change.
It uses your own internal time line to work with your unconscious mind to abolish unwanted thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
Time Line Therapy has been so successful that it has been used by thousands of people, including life and business coaches, athletic coaches, psychologists and counsellors.
Your time line is how you store your memories in your unconscious. While some behavioural changes can occur at a conscious level, these are usually the behaviours that are easy to change. For these new behaviours to persist, they need to be practised until they become a habit and stored at an unconscious level.
Behaviours that are difficult to change need to be changed at an unconscious level. It is the techniques of Time Line Therapy that allow you to work unconsciously to release the effects of past negative experiences and change old habitual ways of thinking, feeling and behaviour in a short time, rather than weeks, months or years.
Unhelpful emotions and thoughts that lead to outbursts of anger, feelings of frustration and inadequacy, periods of sadness and fear are some of the reasons people do not achieve the quality of life they desire. Restricting beliefs such as, ‘I am not good enough,’ ‘ I don’t deserve it,’ ‘ I’m stupid,’ put limitations on your ability to create and reach attainable goals.
