Personal Power through Life Coaching is designed for people who have drifted away from the life they planned or who are unclear about what they want.

If you are a long way from where you wanted to be or if you are putting in a lot of time and energy but not getting anywhere, this program will give you focus and direction, taking you to your goals without time wasting distractions and self doubt.

The program will assist you in understanding your personality and the needs that drive you. It will give you deeper insights into the unconscious influences in your life.

The Personal Power through Life Coaching Program has three levels, each moving you to a deeper level of understanding and self empowerment.

Level 1 – Staying on Track . . . Values and Goals

At this level you identify the values that are important to you as all goals are driven by values. You learn the strategies for setting and achieving your goals. Most importantly, you learn how to eliminate any beliefs related to attitudes or behaviours from the past where you failed to achieve success. These are replaced with empowering beliefs.

Level 2 – Who You Are Influences What You Do . . . Personality Types

Your personality type influences your beliefs, behaviour and attitude. One of the most comprehensive typologies, the Enneagram, enables you to identify who you are, what you want, how you go about getting what you want and avoiding what you don’t want. When you understand yourself, you have the power to control the decisions you make and to choose wisely.

Level 3 – The Power of the Unconscious . . . Archetypes

Archetypes are the unconscious ideas and images that are part of what we call the collective unconscious, or that part of the unconscious we all share. At this deeper level, archetypes can hinder you or help you.

If your hero archetype is present, you may undertake courageous acts. If your victim archetype is influencing you, you might find it easy to give up. When you understand what archetypes are influencing you, you can work with them to make change at a deeper and more permanent level.
